Setting Up an Online Account

Why should I set up an online account?

You'll gain access to the exclusive Club section of our website and shop our online Clear Skin Club catalog, which offers more great Proactiv® Solution products! You can review and update your system preferences, address and credit card information. And, you'll be able to place your next Proactiv Solution order with just a few clicks.

How do I set up an online account?

As a new Proactiv Solution Clear Skin Club member you will be asked to set up an online account with your first Proactiv Solution order.

If you are a current Clear Skin Club member visiting Proactiv.com for the first time you can click here to set up your account now.

As part of our registration process, you will be asked for the following information:

  • Your name and email address
  • Your account number and billing zip code
  • A password

Logging In and Out

Sign in

Once you've set up your online account, you can log in to access the Clear Skin Club Member home page. Make sure you log in with the e-mail address you used to set up your account, otherwise we will not be able to recognize you. You'll now have access to the Proactiv Solution Club Catalog as well as the ability to change your credit card, billing and shipping information, and club system/shipment options. You'll also save time during checkout. Please note: you must log in to gain access to the Proactiv Solution Club Catalog section.

Sign out

The log out feature is provided to you as a security measure (in the event you have multiple users using the same computer). Once you've logged out, you will not have access to the Club Member section of our site until you log in again. To log out, click "log out" at the top of the page.

Revalidation

For security reasons, if your computer has been inactive for a period of time after you've signed in, a revalidation screen will appear when you attempt to access password protected pages. When the screen appears, simply enter your password to log in again.

What is my sign in/account name?

Your sign in/account name is your e-mail address.

What should I do if I've forgotten my password?

If you have forgotten your password, click on "I forgot my password" in the log in screen. Enter the e-mail address you used to register for your Online Account, and a temporary password will be e-mailed to you within two hours.

If you no longer have access to the e-mail address last registered on your account, you will be unable to retrieve your password online. Please call Proactiv Solution Customer Care at 1 (800) 876-9717.

Using My Account

How do I access my account?

To access your personal information, click on "My Account" on the top right of the page and log in. You'll be able to review and edit the below information.

  • Order Status and History
  • Name and Password
  • Credit Card Information
  • Billing and Shipping Information
  • Club Options
Order Status and History

Review your current and past Club System shipments and Club Catalog orders. You can easily reorder Catalog items with one click in the Club Catalog Orders section.

Name and Password

View or edit your name, e-mail address, or password. Simply enter any new information and click "Update."

Credit Card Information

View or edit your credit card on file. Simply enter any new information and click "Update."

Billing and Shipping Information

View or edit your shipping or billing addresses. Simply enter any new information and click "Update."

Club Options

View or edit your current Club System configuration, Club System frequency, or receive your next shipment faster with our Ship Now capability.

  • System Configuration: Adjust which products you receive in your system configuration, choosing from multiple system configurations.
  • Shipping Frequency: Adjust how often you receive your system to best meet your individual needs, choosing frequencies from 4-16 weeks.
  • Ship Now: Need your next system delivered faster? Choose Ship Now and we'll send your next system right away.

Please Note: It may take up to two business days for your changes to be reflected on our site. You will receive a confirmation email verifying the change.
